Common questions

Is there really a free trial?: Yes — 14 days, no card required. At the end you decide whether to subscribe. If you don’t, your data is exported and removed.
What about Direct Debit?: Direct Debit (via GoCardless / Bacs) is included on the Professional plan and above. Card payments (via Stripe) are available on every plan, including the trial.
Can I migrate from another system?: Yes. Our CSV import wizard handles students, guardians and class rosters. For complex migrations (full billing history, attendance archives), we’ll quote a one-off setup.
Where is my data stored?: Inside the UK / EU (Supabase EU region). See our Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list.
